Yesterday I enjoyed Russian non-alcohol drink “Kvas” once again. Oh! This is an amazing refreshing liquid! If Russians have a big party with dances and fist fights and hot Russian bath and vodka we like to drink Kvas in a morning. After that we are not thirsty any more. A headache goes away.

Kvas is unique on taste. Nor sweet nor bitter nor salted. Russian kvass — a drink of the Slavs! Russian kvass is one of the most delicious and healthy soft drinks. Indeed, it has no analogues in any country in the world and it is the exclusive invention of the Slavic peoples. When you mention "Russian kvass" it is supposed to be cooked on bread (rye or wheat) and fermentation basis.
